When do baby teeth fall out?

A child will have twenty primary (first) teeth, twelve less than the full set of 32 permanent adult teeth. Most children have all a full set of primary teeth by the time they are 2 or 3 years old. These teeth typically begin falling out in the order they first apeared at the age of 6 and continue to be replaced by permanent teeth until the age of 12.
